STEPPERO Y CONCURSO DE CORN HOLE, EN EL MARCO DE LA ECOFERIA BALAM BEH 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Una clase gratuita de Stepp y un torneo de Corn Hole se realiz\u00f3 la ma\u00f1ana de este s\u00e1bado en las canchas 3 y 4 de la Unidad Deportiva \u201c20 de Noviembre\u201d, en el marco de la Ecoferia Balam Beh 2025, donde acudieron promotoras y ciudadanos en general y durante dos horas hicieron ejercicios con ritmos latinos, bajo las instrucciones de la maestra Lupita Santos P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contribuyendo a la lucha contra el c\u00e1ncer de mama, la convocatoria fue para llegar vestidas de color rosa, con lo que iniciaron los ejercicios de calentamiento y posteriormente, con ayuda de los bancos, empez\u00f3 la clase de Stepp, dirigiendo cada movimiento a sus alumnas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente, que realiz\u00f3 la Ecoferia Balam 2025, recibi\u00f3 el respaldo del INDECAM a trav\u00e9s de su departamento de Activaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica, que desde temprano report\u00f3 el personal para armar el espacio, el equipo de sonido y recibir poco a poco a quienes se reportaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al terminar la Clase de Stepp, enseguida se dio paso al Torneo de Corn Hole, donde el profesor Pedro de la Cruz Pereyra instal\u00f3 el equipo, los costalitos y esper\u00f3 la llegada de la ciudadan\u00eda, quienes poco a poco fueron reportando y participando en parejas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fueron dos horas igual de actividad, donde se pudo ver el inter\u00e9s de ni\u00f1os y adultos por participar, incluso personal de Medio Ambiente, quienes por ratos tomaban su turno y jugaban en el torneo, que fue dirigido de cerca por el instructor, quien se dijo satisfecho por la respuesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
